EL Pollo De Los Santos chicken is the best in the upper Midwest ...when my husband and I first tried it a few years ago at his small shop in south Minneapolis we fell in love ;The flavor was unique to anything we have tried before when he started adding excellent items to his menu every single one of them were done to perfection he is a genius when it comes to cooking Mexican and Latin dishes. Congratulations Pollo we love you and your chicken!!!!!!
